These Terms of Service govern your use of sellocksmith.com and any locksmith services provided by S.E.L Locksmith LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Estimates & pricing

We provide a price estimate before beginning work whenever possible. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, parts required, and conditions found on-site, and we will confirm any changes with you before proceeding.

Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit or debit card, check, Venmo, and Cash App.

Scheduling & cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible so we can adjust our dispatch schedule.

Warranty

Workmanship on installed hardware is warrantied against defects in installation for a reasonable period following service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and hardware are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, S.E.L Locksmith LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
